Project Amplify is a selective 3–6 month programme at the SAIL Innovation Lab in Ikorodu. We train and support you to build in-demand digital skills, access gig-work platforms, and create better opportunities for yourself and your family. Women and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Yes. Project Amplify is a free, structured 3–6 month programme, depending on your pathway. Eligible participants may receive participation stipends subject to programme requirements.
Sessions are held physically at the SAIL Innovation Lab, 1 Muba Abiru Street, Ebute-Ipakodo, Ikorodu, Lagos.
Eligible applicants complete a five-question timed assessment. Successful candidates receive an admission reference and onboarding details.
No. The female-only Foundation Path is for women who are new to digital work. Growth is for applicants who already have relevant experience.
Men with relevant prior experience may apply for the Growth Path. The Foundation Path is reserved exclusively for female applicants.
Yes. Persons with Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. You can state any accessibility support you may need in the application.
You can request the Preparation Track, receive targeted support, and take a reassessment for admission into the next available cohort.
